("SignSecure", "we", "us", or "our"), including SignPad, SignBolt, SignLift, and SignBridge (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

SignSecure provides electronic and digital document signing solutions for Indian businesses:

• SignPad — Electronic signature pad for in-person document signing
• SignBolt — Aadhaar OTP-based eSign solution for remote signing
• SignLift — Bulk document signing and automation platform
• SignBridge — API and integration platform for embedding signing into your applications

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law
• Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Use our Services to forge, falsify, or misrepresent signatures or identities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our Services

5. Electronic Signatures & Legal Validity

Electronic signatures created using our Services are intended to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. However:

• The legal validity of electronically signed documents depends on the applicable laws and the specific use case
• Aadhaar-based eSign through certified eSign providers constitutes a valid electronic signature under the IT Act
• Certain documents (e.g., negotiable instruments, powers of attorney, trust deeds) may require specific forms of execution as per Indian law
• You are responsible for determining whether electronic signatures are appropriate for your specific documents and transactions

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, belong to SignSecure Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights to the documents you upload to our platform. We claim no ownership over your content.

7. Payment Terms

For paid Services:

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
• Payment is due as specified in your subscription plan or invoice
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice
• Refunds are governed by our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• SignSecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SignSecure in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Services

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
• We will retain signed documents and audit trails as required by law
• You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
